Suggest a status
Waiting States works best when status phrases are collected exactly as people see them.
If you found a confusing status label, send:
- the exact status text
- where you saw it (site, app, portal, email, or tracking page)
- the category it belongs to
- any useful context, such as what happened next, whether the label changed, or what you were waiting for
Copy the status exactly as shown if possible, including punctuation or capitalization.
Right now, job application status suggestions are especially useful. Other waiting-state categories may also help shape future coverage.

- “Under compliance review” — seen in a bank app
- “Pending pickup scan” — seen on a carrier tracking page
- “Interview loop pending scheduling” — seen in an employer portal
